Do you handle financials and budgets for condo associations and homeowners associations?
At The Hennessy Group, we assist HOA boards and condo boards with preparing budgets. We also handle all payables and receivables for the association.
How is maintenance handled for HOAs and condo associations?
Our in-house team of maintenance technicians are available to handle both large and small tasks. We also maintain a network of trusted vendors in Rhode Island. We are happy to work with any preferred vendors your association already has in place.
Can you assist with legal and compliance issues?
We work closely with attorneys who specialize in condominium law to address your legal and compliance questions. We also enforce association rules and regulations in accordance with governing documents and Rhode Island statutes.

Where is your office located, and are your employees on-site?
The Henessy Group office is located in Warwick, RI. All of our employees are local and work from our office. Our maintenance technicians are on the road throughout Rhode Island serving our communities

How do you collect payments?
We offer no-fee electronic payments via our online portal, as well as debit and credit card options (with a merchant fee). Checks can also be mailed or dropped off in our on-site drop box.
What technology or systems do you use for transparency and efficiency?
Transparency is one of our core values. We use top-of-the-line management software that gives residents access to their financial records, ledgers, important documents, maintenance requests, and payments. Board members can also view financials and bank account balances in real time.
Will our HOA/condo property manager be on-site, and how quickly do they respond?
Our managers work from the office in Warwick, RI but are available to attend meetings on-site. All non-urgent inquiries are typically responded to within 24-48 business hours.
