"The Hennessy Group has been managing our property in Narragansett for over a year after we transitioned from Armony Property Management. They quickly introduced new technology with a portal for our unit owners, and provided our association with additional maintenance resources. Our property manager, is experienced, well informed, flexible, and knowledgeable. She pays attention to detail, acts quickly, exercises fiscal responsibility while accommodating our unit owners and living within our condo docs and the RI Condo Act. She is responsive to our unit owner's needs, coordinates with our vendors to effect repairs quickly, and gauges success based on our unit owner's satisfaction. She works hard with our unit owners to accommodate their schedules to conclude repairs even if it puts her at a disadvantage at times with our vendors. "We have a condo in a three story building that uses The Hennessy Group for Property Management and Services. On Sunday June 16, 2024 we had a water leak in our kitchen ceiling from the unit above. We called the Hennessy emergency number and within 1-hour a qualified contractor was on site and determined the source of the leak. We asked The Hennessy Group to quote repairs which they did at a very competitive price. We authorized them to make the repairs which they did promptly and in a very professional manner. Workmanship was good and we were very satisfied."
