The Hennessy Group has been managing our property in Narragansett for over a year after we transitioned from Armony Property Management. They quickly introduced new technology with a portal for our unit owners, and provided our association with additional maintenance resources. Our property manager, is experienced, well informed, flexible, and knowledgeable. She pays attention to detail, acts quickly, exercises fiscal responsibility while accommodating our unit owners and living within our condo docs and the RI Condo Act. She is responsive to our unit owner's needs, coordinates with our vendors to effect repairs quickly, and gauges success based on our unit owner's satisfaction.
